Vendor Spotlight: Krzystyna Harber Photography & Providence Pinup

Krzystyna Caldarone (Tyna) & LuLu Locks of Providence Pinup.com have a passion for bringing out the beauty in every woman, all shapes and sizes. Providence PinUp.com offers women a full blown makeover session and photoshoot dedicated to inspire the tradition pinups like Bettie Page, Alberto Vargas, and Zoe Mozert. If you are having an event, you can hire the pinups to walk around, hand out trophies, etc. They are the total eye candy for any event and bring something unique and unexpected to wow your guests.

Tyna is a talented photographer, loving mother, and is someone who I recommend time and time again. And of course LuLu, lights up the room wherever she goes.  We are so fortunate to have found such a great team to work with. At the Providence Phoenix event, the pinup girls were extremely professional and turned many heads that evening. I had many people come up to me to ask about them, and I know much more success is just around the corner. Here is a link to their site where you can check out pics of recent events we planned as well as their services. Thanks again Ladies!

Two Part-time Jobs or a Full-time One?

Here is a great article on careerbuilder, which I was quoted in. My advice is if you are still looking for a job, consider contractor opportunities.  Milton Berle quotes.”If opportunity doesn’t knock, build a door”.

Customized Corporate Gifts

As I was reading the newest M&C issue, I stumbled on some nutritious and unique customized health bars and shakes from You Bars. http://youbars.com/

I also found a site to create customized granola mixes. http://www.mixmygranola.com/

Another unique item is customized ice cream.  http://www.ecreamery.com/

I personally enjoy picking out the flavors, extras, and best of all, creating my own name. For the shake, I called it, “Jill knows how 2 Shake It” Making decisions is my thing, so if it’s yours, then these products are for you!

Attending conferences are extremely essential for continuing education regardless of career level.  The topics will be relevant to the economic challenges and allow professionals to brainstorm and get ideas from one another. I had the pleasure of attending a few conferences, and I truly enjoy networking with my peers, and learning more about the event industry. Our industry is ever changing. Make it a necessity to attend conferences for your personal and professional development.  If you can’t attend all entire conference, there are daily rates available.
